The Gaga Diaries

I’m only going to say this once and I know you’re going to love hearing it. Yes, it’s true; the toys you bought us back in the day were pretty awesome and have clearly withstood the test of time.  One of Baby Gaga’s favorite things to do when we are in Austin is play with his Daddy’s 30+ year old Fisher Price Castle.  And one of my favorite things to do is watch him entertain himself for over an hour driving the horse-drawn chariot in and out of the castle and dumping endless little people down the dungeon’s trap door.  I’m sure part of the appeal is that he doesn’t see the toys at his grandparents’ over and over again every day, but I think the little guy is also getting to an age where it’s fun to let his imagination take over instead of relying on toys that do the blinking and flashing and playing for him.
